Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every visitor at the front desk in the morning and evening shifts
- Pick up phone calls and note down messages for the right person
- Keep the visitor register and daily records up to date
- Book appointments and let staff know when someone arrives
- Answer questions from visitors in Kannada, politely and correctly
- Get the reception counter tidy at the start of each shift
- Work with the other staff on the day’s front desk tasks
- Make simple bills and cash entries when asked
