Job Summary
We are hiring a Receptionist for an establishment on Darga Road in Gulbarga. Key Responsibilities
- Attend to guests at the front desk and handle their enquiries in Hindi
- Prepare bills and collect payments accurately at the counter
- Manage bookings, check-ins and daily entry records
- Answer phone calls and pass messages to the concerned staff
- Maintain the cash register and tally collections at shift end
- Keep the reception area neat and well organised through the shift
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when needed
- Coordinate with other staff during shift handover
- Maintain records of visitors, bookings and payments
- Report daily collection and pending issues to the manager
