Job Summary

We are hiring a Receptionist for an office near Ram Mandir in Gulbarga. Young female candidates who speak Kannada and can greet visitors politely at a front desk will suit this role. Timing is 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Salary is ₹6,000 a month.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive visitors at the front desk and guide them with courtesy.
• Take phone calls in Kannada and write down the messages.
• Fill in the visitor register and keep the appointment diary in order.
• Let staff know as soon as someone arrives to see them.
• Keep the reception counter tidy and everything in its place.
• Accept couriers, letters and parcels that come to the desk.
• Put basic office records away in the files as instructed.
• Do simple data entry during the quieter part of the day.
• Keep the appointment diary current as bookings change.
• Go through the office closing routine when the shift ends.

Experience: Fresher / Experience
Language: Kannada
Personal: Age – 18yrs to 25yrs, 2 sundays working
