Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Tata Ace for daily pickups and deliveries across Gulbarga
- Load and unload goods carefully at every pickup and drop point
- Plan the day’s route so all stops are covered on time
- Check tyres, brakes, oil, and lights before starting each trip
- Secure the load properly so goods do not shift or get damaged
- Keep the vehicle clean and report mechanical problems promptly
- Maintain fuel records and submit bills to the office
- Collect delivery confirmation or signature from the customer
- Follow traffic rules and keep vehicle documents ready for checks
- Handle cash or payment collection on delivery when assigned
- Inform the supervisor about delays, breakdowns, or route changes
- Assist with loading help at the godown when required
