Job Summary
We are hiring a Helper cum Cleaner for MSK Mill in Gulbarga. This is a steady opportunity for male or female candidates (freshers or experienced) who can handle a mix of helper duties and cleaning tasks across the mill premises. Day-shift role with a monthly salary of ₹8,000 – ₹10,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist mill staff with day-to-day operational and material-handling tasks
- Clean and sweep work areas, walkways, and common spaces throughout the day
- Mop floors and wipe down equipment surfaces as scheduled
- Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly
- Empty dustbins and dispose of waste at designated collection points
- Load, unload, and move light materials between work zones
- Assist with packaging and basic warehousing tasks when needed
- Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor
- Follow safety guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, faulty equipment) to management
- Maintain personal hygiene and wear the provided uniform during duty
- Support the team in keeping the mill clean, organised, and operational
