Job Summary

We are hiring a Team Leader cum Trainer for a BPO process in Gulbarga. This job suits men who have already led or trained a BPO team and can communicate confidently in Hindi. Timing is 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Salary is ₹19,500 – ₹20,000 a month.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BPO associates through daily shifts and targets
• Train new agents on call handling and product knowledge
• Listen in on calls and coach agents on where they can improve
• Track the team’s performance against daily and monthly targets
• Step in on escalated customer calls that agents cannot resolve
• Prepare attendance, performance, and training reports for management
• Spot skill gaps and run refresher training sessions
• Coordinate with HR on hiring and onboarding new team members
• Make sure the team follows company scripts and communication standards
• Help the team cut errors and improve call resolution time
