Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the vehicle showroom floor
- Supervise sales staff and ensure consistent customer service quality
- Greet walk-in customers and guide them through the vehicle range
- Monitor showroom cleanliness, vehicle display, and signage
- Coordinate with the service department on test drive scheduling
- Maintain showroom records including customer enquiries and sales logs
- Assist in achieving monthly enquiry and conversion targets
- Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the manager
- Ensure all team members follow opening and closing procedures
