- Maintain customer contact details and interaction records accurately
- Handle customer inquiries about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert showroom inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Collect customer feedback after purchase and address service-related concerns
- Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery experience by coordinating with the delivery team
- Manage walk-in appointments and showroom visitor schedules efficiently
- Assist in upselling accessories, insurance, and extended warranties to customers
