Job Summary

We are hiring a Telecaller ( Free Job ) ( 2 Months Job ) for an office near Asian Mall in Gulbarga. Female candidates comfortable speaking Hindi or Kannada will fit well here, whether or not they have called customers before. Timing is 09:30 am to 06:00 pm, and Salary is ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 a month.

Key Responsibilities

• Work through the day’s calling list and explain the offer in simple words.
• Reply to product questions on the phone in Hindi or Kannada.
• Write down how each customer responded and how interested they sounded.
• Ring back the people who asked to be called at another time.
• Hand over serious enquiries to the sales team so they can take over.
• Correct names and contact details in the customer list as you go.
• Finish the calling target the supervisor sets for the day.
• Stay polite with customers who say no and end the call quickly.
• Give the team lead a short account of the day’s calls before leaving.
• Know the product well enough to clear the doubts that come up often.
