Job Summary
We are hiring a Salesman cum Helper for a supermarket in Gulbarga. This role suits a male candidate of any educational background, fresher or experienced, who is active on his feet and comfortable handling both customer service and stock work. It offers a full-day retail shift from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm with a monthly salary of ₹9,900 – ₹10,000 plus incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers on the floor and help them find products
- Explain product options, prices, and running offers to shoppers
- Arrange and restock shelves so displays stay full and tidy
- Check stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages
- Receive incoming goods and help unload and store them properly
- Assist at the billing counter during busy hours
- Pack customer purchases carefully and hand over the bill
- Keep aisles, racks, and the store area clean and organised
- Check expiry dates and remove expired items from the shelves
- Handle loading, shifting, and general helper duties in the store
- Support stock counting and inventory checks when scheduled
