- Test machines after every service visit and confirm correct output quality
- Guide client operators on safe handling, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
- Respond to breakdown calls within the agreed turnaround time
- Maintain service reports, parts used, and downtime logs for each site
- Coordinate with the office for spare-part orders and warranty claims
- Travel daily within Kalaburagi District by own bike to assigned client sites
