Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in Tally
- Maintain ledgers and perform monthly account reconciliation
- Prepare and assist with GST returns and TDS filings
- Manage accounts payable and receivable records
- Generate invoices and track outstanding payments from clients
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements on a monthly basis
- Maintain Excel-based MIS reports and financial summaries
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on pending bills
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing entries
- Maintain petty cash records and daily expense logs
