- Prepare basic MIS reports as requested by the accountant or owner
- Manage petty cash entries and end-of-day cash tally
- File physical and digital copies of vouchers and statements
- Coordinate with bank and vendor calls for account queries
- Take backup of Tally data regularly and protect company financial records
- Support month-end closing with stock and ledger adjustments
