Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating products and answer product-related queries
- Operate billing counters and process cash, card, and digital payments
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of product displays and shelves
- Replenish stock on shelves and inform the supervisor about low stock levels
- Handle customer complaints courteously and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure product expiry dates are monitored and expired items are removed
- Greet customers and maintain a friendly and professional demeanour
- Support daily stock-taking and inventory count activities
- Follow supermarket policies and safety guidelines at all times
- Coordinate with fellow team members to ensure smooth store operations
