Key Responsibilities
- Operate the billing computer system for fuel and lubricant sales
- Generate invoices and receipts accurately for cash and card transactions
- Record daily fuel sales, opening and closing meter readings in the system
- Maintain digital logs of pump-wise sales and shift-wise totals
- Enter purchase, stock, and tank receipt data into the computer
- Reconcile cash collections with system reports at end of each shift
- Print and file daily, weekly, and monthly sales summaries
- Handle basic customer queries about bills and payment modes
- Coordinate with attendants on meter readings and stock checks
- Keep computer hardware, printer, and stationery in working order
- Report any system or billing software issues to the manager promptly
