Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Enter each day’s sales, purchase and expense vouchers in Tally
- Keep the ledgers for customers, suppliers and the cash account
- Make bills and invoices and file a copy of each one
- Match the bank statement with the books every month
- Write down the cash that comes in and goes out each day
- Watch which customers owe money and remind them on time
- Help get the GST bills and records ready for filing
- Give the owner a simple monthly report of sales and expenses

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 (based on experience)
