Job Summary

We are hiring a Computer Operator for an office at Timmapuri Circle in Gulbarga. Male or female candidates who studied up to PUC and are comfortable at a keyboard will manage this work. Timing is 10:00 am to 06:00 pm, and Salary is ₹9,500 – ₹10,000 a month.

Key Responsibilities

• Key the given records into the computer without mistakes.
• Make up bills, letters and simple reports as the office asks.
• Save files in the right folders and keep a backup copy.
• Read back what you entered and catch spelling and figure errors.
• Print the documents and put them away in the files.
• Keep the office records register on the computer up to date.
• Answer simple questions about entries that were already made.
• Keep the computer and printer area clean and in working order.
• Tell the supervisor when the system or the printer gives trouble.
• Finish the day’s entry work before the shift is over.
