Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and billing
- Operate the billing counter and process customer payments accurately
- Generate accurate invoices and maintain billing records
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers
- Reconcile daily cash and card collections with billing records
- Restock shelves and maintain neat, organized product displays
- Follow up with walk-in customers on pending purchase decisions
- Handle customer queries and billing-related complaints politely
- Coordinate with the inventory team on stock availability
- Support the team lead in meeting daily sales targets
