Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal staff for meetings, courier, and office errands
- Keep the reception desk and waiting area clean and presentable
- Assist with light office tasks like filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Communicate in Urdu with Urdu-speaking visitors and callers
- Receive and dispatch courier, parcels, and small office deliveries
- Maintain stationery stock and report shortages to the supervisor
- Support office attender duties — water, tea, and basic upkeep
