Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites in 5 nearby districts for installation and service
- Diagnose faults in electrical and electronic equipment
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per service schedule
- Install new units and train end-users on basic operation
- Replace defective parts and complete on-site repairs
- Maintain accurate service reports, spares used, and travel logs
- Coordinate with the head office for spares dispatch and approvals
- Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve on-site
- Follow safety procedures during all electrical work
- Submit weekly travel and service reports to the manager
