Key Responsibilities
- Assist painters and senior technicians with daily paint shop tasks
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and masking before painting
- Mix paints and coatings as per the specifications given
- Handle and maintain painting equipment, brushes, and spray tools
- Clean tools, spray guns, and workspace after each job
- Move and organise materials, paints, and supplies within the shop
- Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE in the paint area
- Dispose of waste materials according to safety guidelines
- Support quality checks and finishing tasks as directed by the supervisor
