Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers at the vehicle showroom and understand their requirements
- Present vehicle models, features, variants, and pricing information clearly
- Guide customers through test drive scheduling and booking procedures
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
- Achieve monthly vehicle enquiry and sales targets set by the showroom manager
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the finance team on loan or EMI queries from customers
- Ensure a positive and professional showroom experience for every customer
