Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients or visitors at the front desk
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment registers
• Assist doctors or medical staff with patient care and support
• Help patients with admission and discharge formalities
• Maintain patient records and update files accurately
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
• Provide information about services and answer queries
• Assist patients in moving around the facility if needed
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Handle basic administrative tasks and documentation
• Communicate effectively with Urdu-speaking patients and families
• Follow hospital or clinic protocols and maintain professionalism

Requirements

Education: Any qualification (minimum 10th pass or 12th pass preferred)
Experience: Freshers can apply with good communication skills; 6 months to 2 years experience in reception, hospital, or patient care roles preferred
Language Skills: Urdu MUST (mandatory), Hindi and Kannada preferred, basic English is a plus
Personal Qualities: Polite, patient, compassionate, punctual, good interpersonal skills, presentable appearance
