Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Coordinate with medical or office staff for smooth operations
• Handle appointment scheduling for evening walk-ins
• Communicate effectively with Urdu-speaking clients
• Assist with any emergency situations during evening hours
• Ensure all visitors follow proper protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Education: Any qualification (minimum 10th pass preferred)
Experience: Freshers can apply; 6 months to 1 year experience in reception/attender roles preferred
Language Skills: Urdu MUST (mandatory), Hindi and Kannada preferred
Personal Qualities: Polite, patient, punctual, good communication skills, presentable appearance
